Digital Portfolios: Exhibitions for Students, Teachers, and Schools
Facilitator(s): David Niguidula, Hilarie Davis, Julie Botel

Workshop   +   School Design: data collection & analysis   +   Everyone
How can technology help schools change from a random collection of teachers and students into a community of practice and inquiry? In this session, we will look at digital portfolios for students and professionals. Using Web-based tools, workshop participants will see how schools are documenting their progress toward putting the Common Principles into practice. Participants will also learn to use a protocol that can help schools use portfolios to reflect on their goals. Finally, we will discuss what it takes to effectively put portfolios in place.
Date/Time: Saturday, 8:00am - 10:00am   Room: CC 609   Session #210
