Many experts say that teaming is the most important component of middle schools. Some even say that without teaming, you have no middle school. This roundtable will be conducted by two Title I middle schools. Discussion will include the structure of teams, scheduling practices, team members' duties, team responsibilities, the empowerment of teachers, and how all of this can and does improve student achievement.
